For the improvement of the management and for its efficacy, today, various companies and cooperations employ (MPM) Multiple Project Management practices. Under this practice, there is a single leading manager who is given the right to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time. This is being widely used as a strategy worldwide and in a high number it is being utilized in the industries but still not much research has been made on this.
Why is Influence Important?
Why would someone listen to you at first place? Even if you are appointed as a manager, there would be a rage and debate among the workers, and no one will follow you the way you want. So, it is important that you must be valued, and you should have a well knowledge about the targeting of people in terms of values, attitudes and beliefs. So, as a manager, it is important to make yourself influential enough for people (workers) in order to complete the tasks assigned. In general, influence can be defined as an ability a person owns, which can assist him with molding the character, behavior and development of a person.
In the world of business, being influential can be seen as a very positive and growing factor because an influential person can only be able to make workers work more efficiently and enthusiastically. A person who is influential would aid in forming a huge impact on the business by altering the behaviors, attitudes and working abilities of the workers and automatically would allow the business to catch heights of profits.
What is a Project?
We all have been hearing it since childhood that the businesses run various projects but has anyone wondered that what actually is a business project? Well, it is actually an internal, external, administrative or functional work of an organization. The managers are recruited for this work. They are the developers of various projects as their work is to design a project and implement it in the organization. The project can be like the changings within the office (new furniture, location, new technology etc.), implementation of new procedures (formation of new policies, setting of new goals and setting new set of rules.), producing the right content for the customers and clients and audiences, production of content and renovation of various tools and equipment. A business project possesses the following qualities.
Uniqueness: Not everyday task can be mentioned as a project. Like if you are running a business and the transactions that take place on daily basis can never be referred as the project. It should have to be unique. Like if there is research on new methods of entering transactions and are being implemented then it can be referred as a project.
Calculable: The projects should always be measurable and quantifiable. Only then the success can be calculated. Like if the new method of research has been implemented, the method is being applicable or not and how many errors are occurring are the ways of calculating its efficacy and success.
Attainable: Completing 10,00,000 orders per month through an old machine is not an attainable project. You would have to make sure that you must have new machines or less orders in order to make a project attainable.
Appropriate: The aims of the business project should be appropriate and adjacent to the objectives of the organization. Whether the project is related to the formation of new products, improvement of processes or increase of profits.
Time Based Project: A project should always be time based. The time-based projects show that whether the organizational workers and managers were able to accomplish the task within the given time or not and how much time is required for a task or project to get completed. It is a main step as it allows the business to make sure that a project would be completed within a specific timeframe and workers that are ill in working or refrain from putting more efforts would be easily recognizable.
What is the Impact of Developing Various Multiple Projects at the Same Time?
Many people think that why are the projects important to an organization. It is a point which is being pondered by most of us during of studies. Basically, it is made for making the workers more focused and determined towards the aims and goals of an organization. The amount of the projects is set so the workers work efficiently within the provided time limit. Following are mentioned the impacts of developing multiple projects at the same time.
Focus Increasing Ability: When multiple projects are assigned to workers, they work in coordination and with full focus and concentration. The goals or aims of the organization become more likely to get achieved and various teams and participants are made to work together in order to have a more efficient result and fulfill the core objectives.
Certain Stipulations: When one has formed various projects, it allows the business to measure the scope of each project. If only one project would be made, then the organization will never be able to measure the scope of other types of projects. It is also beneficial in terms of providing a range of success made in each project.
Project-rooted Business: When the businesses are rooted and based on projects, this means that the business is giving more importance to its customers and clients. This is like a process of customization. The business is so fluctuating that it can easily customize its projects according to the demand of the customer.
Raising the Chance of Success: Every business works hard and strives to get the level of success but sometimes fails due to several flaws and mistakes made by either the workers or the managers. It is important for an organization to incorporate various projects in order to maximize its chances of winning or becoming successful.

At last, we have reached to a conclusion that in order to make a business or organization more impactful and successful, it is always beneficial to hold multiple projects at the same time and work on them. Not all the managers are being followed easily so to be followed by the staff or workers, one should possess the quality of being more influential and motivational.
